Nicholas Pastras, Co-Founder of SCS Indigenous:

1. How does the strategic partnership with SCS Indigenous align with SCS Group's long-term vision and values?

  • "For years, SCS Group has been dedicated to excellence and integrity. This partnership is a natural extension of those values. It allows us to apply our industry expertise to a new business model that directly addresses a critical social need. Our long-term vision is to be a leader not just in service quality, but in how businesses can create a positive impact. SCS Indigenous is the perfect vehicle for that.“

2. What unique challenges and opportunities do you see in building a business model that prioritises both commercial excellence and social impact?

  • "The biggest opportunity is creating a service where every client feels good about their choice. They aren't just getting a clean space; they are actively participating in a movement for change. The main challenge is ensuring we maintain our high standards while building a training and support system that is scalable and effective. We've built robust processes at SCS Group, and we're leveraging those to ensure SCS Indigenous is both a commercial success and a social one."
