Industrial cleaning services supporting one of Australia’s most advanced automotive manufacturing facilities
Maintaining a live automotive manufacturing facility requires far more than keeping the workplace clean. Every cleaning task has the potential to impact safety, production quality and operational efficiency.
That is why PACCAR Australia, the premier manufacturer of Kenworth and DAF trucks in Australia, partnered with SCS Group to deliver industrial cleaning and integrated waste management services across its Victorian manufacturing operations.
What began as a single-site contract has grown into a multi-site partnership supporting critical production environments, specialist paint booth cleaning and integrated waste management across one of Australia’s largest and most advanced automotive manufacturing facilities.
“SCS Group has become a trusted extension of our team. Their attention to detail, professionalism and proactive communication give us the confidence that our sites are not just clean, but production-ready and compliant every day.”

The challenge
PACCAR Australia operates one of the country’s most advanced truck manufacturing facilities, where production continues across multiple operational areas every day.
Maintaining these environments requires far more than routine commercial cleaning. Cleaning activities must integrate seamlessly with production schedules, support workplace safety, protect product quality and minimise operational disruption.
SCS Group was engaged to deliver an industrial cleaning solution capable of meeting these demands while becoming an extension of PACCAR’s operational team.
Supporting one of Australia’s leading automotive manufacturers
PACCAR Australia operates one of the country’s most sophisticated truck manufacturing facilities, where production, engineering, logistics and corporate operations work together to manufacture industry-leading heavy vehicles.
Within this environment, cleanliness extends well beyond presentation. It contributes directly to workplace safety, operational efficiency, production quality and compliance with stringent manufacturing standards.
SCS Group works as an embedded operational partner, delivering industrial cleaning services that support live manufacturing without disrupting production.
A partnership that continues to grow
SCS Group was initially awarded the PACCAR cleaning contract in July 2024.
Strong operational performance, consistent service delivery and close collaboration with PACCAR’s operational teams quickly established a trusted working relationship. As confidence in the partnership grew, so did the scope of services.
The relationship expanded to a second manufacturing site in August 2024, followed by a third site in July 2025. Later that year, PACCAR entrusted SCS Group with specialist paint booth cleaning, recognising the team’s ability to operate safely and effectively within highly controlled production environments.
Today, SCS Group supports multiple PACCAR facilities with 28 dedicated team members working across day, afternoon and night shifts, fully integrated into PACCAR’s operational and safety frameworks.

- Strong relationships with operational stakeholders
- Deep understanding of PACCAR’s manufacturing processes
- Consistent delivery across multiple sites
